This project is located in one of the most noble areas of Porto, more precisely in the proximity of the largest park in the city, in a residential area under consolidation.
The concept of this project is based on the construction of a rectangular volume whose fenestrations develop along a rigorously modulated grid plastered in white and tile. The building is developed on top of a clearly defined base in Corten steel that accompanies the slope of the ground, adding homogeneity and texture to the façade.
With 6 floors above the ground, the apartments are divided into 2+1, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms. Due to the big altimetric gap on the opposite sides of the site, the entry is located on the first floor. At the higher basement we can find the common gym and patio. The other basement floors are for parking and technical areas.
The vertical access is done through three flights of stairs that lead to a typical left-right distribution. There are two apartments per floor per each vertical access. All the apartments face East and West except the ones at the top of the plans which also face South.
