This residential and commercial building, designed for a young/middle-class segment is implanted inside a residential city-block perpendicularly to the main street. A new access way from the west side establishes the connection between the main street and the building`s interior, defining a new urban profile inside the complex.

This building is characterized by a compact volume, whose exterior walls are covered with apparent brick. On the ground floor, the apartments have private terraces, some of them gardened. The west façade presents a succession of concrete horizontal lines visually sectioning the whole body, forming wide balconies along the total length of the building.

The east side, facing the back of the surrounding buildings, presents a set of punctual fenestrations that create the intended a monolithic appearance.

The dwellings of the last two floors are triplexes with private terraces on the rooftop. The rooftop has private glazed access volumes to the seven apartments. The housing program is developed in six floors above ground, and two underground floors which house the technical spaces and car parking places. The typologies are divided from one to four-bedroom apartments varying between simplex, duplex and triplex presentation. The main accesses to the building are made by the new street and by the main street, adjacent to the north side of the building which also houses the commercial space.
