Located in Lisbon, the building that will house Conde Redondo residential units has until recently been used for offices and commerce. Therefore, the rehabilitation work aims to improve its living conditions and adapt it to the functional needs of a contemporary multifamily housing construction. The facades facing Conde Redondo and Bernardo Lima streets were studied, and new openings were proposed, in order to adapt the building to its new function.
