Ocean is a u-shaped building which faces the sea while forming an interior garden. The exterior facade consists of glass bricks, which are in line with the building modulation and create a sense of transparency and lightness by not fully filtering the sunlight. This material contrasts with the wood-clad structure that surrounds the entire building. The interior facade is covered in marble slabs and its windows are framed in horizontally aligned aluminium panels.
