Construgomes

This project comprises two buildings with distinct programmes: an industrial pavilion and an office building. The pavilion adopts a regular, refined volume, defined by the monolithic presence of concrete. In contrast, the office building explores the technical potential of the material through a suspended volume, with slabs extending beyond the façade to create a continuous relationship between the interior and exterior. Despite their formal differences, the two buildings establish a dialogue with one another, brought together by a simple, rigorous and timeless architectural language.
