This project is located near the sea on a plot of land of 1520m² with a north / south orientation. It is served by one of the main local streets which allows access by the north side.

The program is divided into three distinct sectors: garage and technical spaces, indoor pool, and the housing program. The distribution came therefore from the hierarchy of the different sectors, underlined by the different volumes that develop gradually along the terrain.

Thus, the program segment for the two-car garage and technical areas is housed in a body that stands out from the ground floor volume to create an arrival yard. This volume is half-buried and covered with a landscaped surface.

The pool volume contains and separates the arrival space while also protects the house from the contact with the street ensuring its privacy.

Thus, the house opens mainly to south and west in two contiguous outer spaces with slightly different spatial characteristics.

The social and leisure program is reserved to the ground floor, while on the first floor we’ll find the 3 bedrooms.

Architectural elements of the exterior and interior of the house were thought together in order to expand the spatial scope of the house and allowing the perception of the exterior space as an extension of the interior.
