In order to allow the installation of several small industries, the project proposes a new solution for the use of the existing building – in the place where an industrial cotton spinning unit was located. Intending to promote a greater diversity of the industrial sector for the location where the project is located, the building project consists of 14 distinct fractions, designed for the implementation – for sale or lease – of type two and three industries, and storage spaces.

The building is presented as a 9m height unit volume, with a façade lined with thermo-lacquered dark gray steel panels – marked by the rhythm of the gates which allow access to each fraction. The aim was to create an industrial condominium, composed of the fractions and common services, which background landscape is intended for vineyard cultivation.
