This house can be described as a building adapted to its surroundings, articulating volumes, materials and textures.
In order to concentrate the entire program, this building was designed beyond the classic program of a single-family dwelling typology, to house other functions that sometimes are disaggregated from the main building, thus releasing the rest of the lot to create a generous green space.
The building was conceived as an organism that induces pathways between the interior and exterior in order to expose the result of the relations between the different elements of the construction: walls, floors, volumes, textures, colors and light effects.
The program associated with the technical area, toilet, garage for two cars and a small patio is housed in the basement floor, with an interior access through the main stairs, and an outside access through the garage gate.
kitchen, laundry room, social bathroom and also the common room - facing the outer private green space - are located on the ground floor.
On the first floor we can find three bedroom suites, two of which facing northwest served by a common terrace facing the garden, and the other facing southeast.
