The main premise of the project was to develop a house complex of five single-family house units arranged in a row. The main volume, which is implanted perpendicularly to the street, lays on a common basement, where garages, storage and laundries are located.

In order to establish a relation between the interior and the exterior the project provides wide openings as well as large balconies. The connection with the exterior also extends out to the patio facing the landscape, both in front and rear sides, where the most significant tree species were maintained.

The program applied to each house is distributed throughout the basement and the three aboveground levels according to the proposed structure. The vertical circulation is made by stairs and elevators, linking all floors.

At the basement level we’ll find the garage, storage room, laundry, toilet and a small patio.

The ground floor houses the kitchen, pantry, bathroom and a living room facing the garden that extends to the exterior through the patio.

The first and second floors include the area traditionally referred to as the “night area” being that on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with private bathroom and a balcony, and on the second floor there are two bedrooms served by terraces and a bathroom.
