This house is located about 200 meters from the sea. The program is distributed over three aboveground floors, in a volume with a quadrangular plan with 15 meters side. It is characterized by its compact appearance, resulting from the volumetric intersection materializing the different premises of the program. The coating materials were carefully chosen in order to enhance this relationship.
The combination of different volumes and stand out volumes liberates the spaces that define the openings, balconies, terraces and patios which extend the interior of the house to the outside as well as provide the necessary sun protection of the ground floor.
The ground floor program includes the garage and technical spaces facing the north street, while the living room and the kitchen face south and east. These allow access to a south-facing patio.
The office, facing north, and the three bedrooms facing east and south are located on the first floor. The master bedroom communicates with the terrace where an outdoor swimming pool facing the sea was designed. The access to this part of the program is also possible through a staircase directly from the terrain. The office located on this floor houses the only opening of this façade that is also cantilevers 2.5 meters over the terrace below.
The upper level appears as a volume placed over the lower level where we find a luminous living room facing the sea.
