Dynamic Building

Primavera Software Offices

The building awarded by the World Architecture Festival comprises two structures in contrasting shapes that intertwine in complete harmony with the surrounding road network.

The two volumes are joined by a flap that gives unity to the whole. The highest volume stands out not only for its height but also for its daring approach to the coating adopted for the structure with a film formed by small sheets of glass, which visually blends the balconies and which assumes itself as an outer “skin”. The brightness and semi-transparency create the sensation of a more dematerialized structure, with numerous effects caused by the behavior of natural and artificial light.

The concrete flap, common to the two described bodies, is topped by a vegetal cover, in order to achieve the integration of the great “mass” that occupies this body.

The lower volume cover features a set of tapered lanterns that illuminate the commercial spaces inside.

The interior is designed to inspire. It stands out for the colors harmony, the symmetrical layout of the spaces, comfort and ergonomic materials.

The inner dynamics is reflected in the organization of spaces. Relax spaces contrast with traditional workspaces. Because routine does not have to be monotonous, different spaces were designed so that those who use it can work in a casual or formal way. Other facilities like the fully equipped kitchen and even recreational spaces allow to improve the workers comfort. The building is still supported by an entire system that controls automatically the light intensity, ambient temperature and even the water temperature of the taps.

When design, functionality and comfort are combined, the result is a harmonious space where quality of life in the working environment prevails.
