The building, fairly compact, consists of two overlapping volumes. The form on the top is coated in steel and glass and slightly dislocated, with a balance of 8 meters, over the ground volume, which forms the basis, built in concrete and opaquer. This system of moving away the top volume from the rear street and balancing it over the main entrance, protects and gives dignity to the entry while reducing the scale of the posterior zone, where the facing street is not very wide. The top volume presents mostly program segments for the general public, in particular the reception and admission desks, while at the base are located the technical sectors, diagnosis, medical and surgical intervention. The structuring of the circulation scheme is made through columns of vertical access with stairs and elevators, located in 4 corners of the great lobby. On the back side the staff and service access, next to the main entrance, the public access. Also, from the main lobby and in the arrival floor you can access the Imageology Sector and Special Exams, Clinical Analyses and Consultations. On the first floor are located the sectors with the most technical and complex components of the hospital: Surgical Blocks, UCI, Angiography, Lab, Clinical Pathology and Ambulatory Surgery, while on the second floor is located a large part of the technical areas as well as the offices of the administration. We dedicate a floor, the third floor, to the Obstetrics sector, bringing together, Consultation, Hospitalization and Surgery, both Obstetric and Pediatric. The hospital has also a parking space with enough capacity to accommodate the entire flow of cars generated by the users.
