We are looking for a Communications Manager to work in our Porto office.


Key responsibilities for the role

  • Develop and implement a multi-channel corporate communication strategy
  • Create and manage all communications material, including press releases, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and others
  • Act as the corporate point of contact for communication-related issues
  • Work in coordination with various teams (Design, Human Resources, Project Management, Photography) to ensure brand voice consistency
  • Manage media relations, including writing press releases, responding to media inquiries, and tracking media mentions
  • Manage presence at industry events
  • Plan and execute internal events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, in Portuguese and English
  • Knowledge about social media platforms and social media marketing
  • Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, and working well under pressure
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Drive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
