We are looking for an Archivist / Document Management Technician for our Porto office.


Key responsibilities for the role

  • Coordinating and supervising the procedures related to the company activity’s documents
  • Organizing, digitizing, cataloging and indexing the company’s archive, ensuring the best filing practices
  • Organizing, cataloging and indexing the company’s library
  • Implementing new processes and continuously improving the ones that are in place

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Archivist / Document Management Technician
  • Degree in Information and Documentation Sciences, Archival Science or Library Science or similar
  • Background and/or interest in Architecture
  • Good knowledge of document management digital tools, namely, sorting, preparing, digitizing, indexing and managing the database
  • Knowledge of data protection law (General Data Protection Regulation)
  • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of Adobe tools
  • High proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese and English
  • Ability to work rigorously, effectively and assertively
  • Ability to work as a team and in cooperation with the other departments of the company
  • High sense of autonomy, responsibility, commitment, professionalism, organization, and dynamism
